Milk Protein Concentrate, Non-Dairy Creamer (Sunflower Oil, Maltodextrin, Sodium Caseinate [A Milk Derivative], Contains 2% or less of each of the following: Mono & Diglycerides, Tocopherols [to Preserve Freshness], Tri-Calcium Phosphate [flow agent]), Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking Agent). Contains: Milk.

Shipping FAQs
a.) Shipping Cost
We ship all packages via USPS Priority Shipping at no additional charge. For returning customers, we previously shipped via ground, but have now switched to faster delivery.
b.) How Long Does It Takes To Arrive?
We ship from the US.
On average, US shipments take 2 to 5 business days from the time the order is placed to its arrival. Orders from the Western/Mountain states arrive in around three days, while orders from the East take closer to 5 days. However, it can take up to 7 days, depending on whether a weekend is included. Please note that approximately 1 in 50 shipments is delayed.
c.) When Does a Tracking Number Get Sent?
Tracking numbers are sent out at the end of the day, often late, which means your tracking number has been uploaded to our tracking link website. You can select the link to view it now.
Our Customer Service
We have a high percentage of repeat customers and are responsive to emails. Feel free to test this by emailing us before ordering at support@summitproducts.org. Also, we tried to answer the typical questions people would have but feel free to reach out if you have any unanswered questions.
We are, however, on Mountain Time, so if you are from the East Coast and email us in the morning your time, it may be a few hours until we respond.
Concerned About Ordering Online?
Many people are worried about ordering online. However, you will generally receive a tracking link the same day or a few days later if it’s a weekend. So there is little risk. If we were to not follow through on the order, you would open a credit card dispute, and you would win. So again, it’s difficult to see where the risk is.
What About Purchasing Multiple Items?
We previously had cart functionality, but it did not fit on a phone screen and led to confusion as so many people were using their phones to order. So we removed it. You can purchase individually and we will combine multiple orders into one shipment.

We have a phone number, but we don’t provide it on the website because it often leads to an inefficient use of our time. Nearly every question that a customer might have can be answered through email.
